Project Overview
Modern Construction for General Contracting successfully completed the construction of an indoor event tent within the Ministry of Defense building. The project scope included site preparation, reinforced concrete flooring works, fabrication and installation of the steel structural frame, external cladding and enclosure works, electrical installations and lighting systems, as well as complete interior furnishing, delivering a fully equipped facility ready for immediate operation in accordance with the highest standards of quality and execution.

Scope of Work
Civil & Foundation Works: Site preparation, surface leveling, and construction of a reinforced concrete floor to provide a durable structural foundation.
Structural Works: Fabrication and installation of the steel structural frame, including external cladding and enclosure works in accordance with approved technical specifications.
Electrical Works: Installation of electrical systems and lighting fixtures to ensure safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Interior Furnishing: Supply, installation, and complete furnishing of the interior spaces to meet the intended operational requirements.
